The name of the Rolex Submariner is now well-known in the watch industry, so how did the name Submariner come about?
The official name of the Submariner is the Rolex Submariner series . When it first entered Hong Kong, China, it was named “Submariner” or “Submariner” by local watch fans because of its excellent waterproof performance, referring to the name of the water attack team. Therefore, after it was introduced to mainland China, because the Submariner sounded more imposing than Submariner, it began to spread among the people. According to the different dial colors and bracelets of the watches, there are nicknames such as Black Ghost, Green Ghost, and Gold Ghost.

The watch ‘s rotating outer bezel has a minute scale for the first 15 minutes. More obvious grooves have been added. The waterproofness of the 1979 Submariner Calendar and 1989 Submariner models has also been increased to 300 meters (1,000 feet). Both watches were further improved in 2008 and 2012, respectively, with a new rotating outer bezel with gold or platinum scales on its Cerachrom bezel.
